PACKING NEEDS IMPROVEMENT

The laddu tasted good. However, when it arrived (courier) all the laddus were is crushed condition. It has become loose boondi. There is a need to improve the packaging for courier shipment.
It will also be helpful if the customer can have an option to select the courier service. Professional couriers are very unprofessional, deliveries are often delayed for no reason.
